Customer Experience

The customers' perception (conscious and subconscious) of their relationship with a company, their brands and/or services upon interacting with. Positive CX is important in gaining and maintaining customer loyalty. It is also an integral part of CRM.

Customer service

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. 

Dashboard

A series of charts and graphs that incorporate a business's relevant data displayed in an easy-to-understand charts and graphs. It allows to monitor different business processes and department performance. The dashboard is often linked to a database, which allows it to be updated with every change.

Dependency Management

A technique, or a feature in build automation systems, that allows automated declaring, resolving and using dependencies that are required by a project. It helps to centralize information about dependencies in a project or several projects that have a common parent.

DES

Stands for Data Encryption Standard. It is a cypher with symmetric-key blocks incorporated in numerous communication channels, such as military, communication between ATM and computer and even in commerce. Symetric key means that the sender and receiver both use identical keys. This system works along side administrative security.

Device Drivers are the software through which, the kernel of a computer communicates with different hardware, without having to go into the details of how the hardware works.

FME

Stands for Feature Manipulation Engine. A platform that is an integrated collection of Spatial ETL. It is applied for the conversion of spatial data between geometric and digital formats. It is usually used with GIS, CAD and raster graphics software.

A pricing model that typically applies to software or web services. It offers a free limited version of a product/service with basic features or a premium account with added features and functionality at an additional cost. It is a popular business model for startups.
