FME

Stands for Feature Manipulation Engine. A platform that is an integrated collection of Spatial ETL. It is applied for the conversion of spatial data between geometric and digital formats. It is usually used with GIS, CAD and raster graphics software.

Integrated Circuit (IC) which contains mainly three parts: onfigurable logic block, input/output configuration, logic interconnection.

A pricing model that typically applies to software or web services. It offers a free limited version of a product/service with basic features or a premium account with added features and functionality at an additional cost. It is a popular business model for startups.

FullCalendar

A calendar for displaying events on a website. For initialization and other functions in this calendar, it is necessary to write JavaScript code and have right CSS files. It is an open-source tool that can be customized to a company’s needs.

GCM

A mobile notification service. It includes client libraries and sample implementations that allow to send information from developer-run servers to Google Android OS apps, Google Chrome extensions or applications. GCM uses Google’s APIs and SDKs.

GIS

A computational field of study concerned with systems that visualize spatial or geographical data. They are designed to capture, analyze, manipulate, manage and store this data. GIS tools allow users to manipulate and analyze the data, and also to create their own searches.

Go-to-market strategy is the plan of an organization, utilizing their inside and outside resources (e.g. sales force and distributors), to deliver their unique value proposition to customers and achieve competitive advantage.

Google App Engine is a fully managed, serverless platform for developing and hosting web applications at scale. 

Google Maps

A web mapping service created by Google. It gives an access to satellite imagery, street maps, panoramic views of streets and makes route planning for traveling by different means of transport. It also allows users to tag place they intend to or have already visited, get information about a place and share opinions about it.

Google Play Market

An app store for Android users. It allows to download and update apps, buy books, rent music and movies. If you are logged into your Google account, every action in Google Play on your desktop or laptop will be later synchronized with your mobile device.

A field of study concerning different visualisation techniques. These techniques involve communicating something to other people or solving a problem using different media (tools). Graphic design could be anything from road signs to website elements, and has a vast application in all areas, as well as in IT.
