Lazarus

A cross-platform IDE, used for commercial and open-source Rapid Application Development (RAD). Lazarus offers high-performance tools for handling projects of different complexity, including a drag and drop designer too and extensions for convenience. It is compatible with Delphi and uses a Free Pascal compiler.
